Day Spa review - The spa treatment is absolutely amazing and cannot fault the therapists. What did make the experience not great was the spa booking experience, you cannot book online or via phone. However have to email, I was after a few treatments and it was a lot of back and forth regarding when the booking could be made. Frustrating process for such a high price spa. It took over 2 weeks of emailing to find a date suitable. Last comment, as there is a shower in the room it would be nice if we were able to rinse off after massage. Like many spas offer. Overall though, amazing treatment and very relaxing.

If you’re not an absolute food snob, this place is 9.5/10. Few things annoyed me given the price - sound of aircon buzzing and knocking from in the room overnight (42/43). Might just be those rooms. Also slightly concave mattresses. Also getting a car park view. Didn’t realise they had rooms overlooking the car park. Didn’t see any pics of the view other than the pool and vineyard side. They really should price the rooms differently so you don’t arrive and you’re immediately disappointed. If you can’t travel or you’re wishing you could experience Balinese luxury without the flight - absolutely try it. Great concept. Great thing to try if you can afford it. Definitely worth it during proper summer when it’s 28+. Maybe give it a miss in Dec and wait until later in Jan if this is your only getaway. Will probably try Crown Tower next year instead though.

Very nice hotel but at ~$1k/night the expectations are sky high. Website said there are movies to watch at the click of a button, but they actually don't have this and casting didn't work either so couldn't use the tv. Not a massive deal but at the price, should be better. Service was flawless and included breakfast was very nice. *Update* I gave the same feedback above directly to the hotel, and they provided a credit to our bill for the inconvenience, which I was pretty impressed by.
